Hypothetical Scenerio:
Employee A: Seated at desk in backroom, talking dirty on company phone, giggling in response to sexual comments made by person on other end (presumably boyfriend).
Employee B: Stuffing face with cinnamon bun, fully aware of the sexual conversation unfolding but not willing to stop eating cinnamon bun and leave.
Employee A: Gives dirty looks until Employee B leaves.
Who is in the right? Of course phone sex should be granted the privlage of privacy but is it really necessary to engage in it when your co-workers are within ear range? Should I have stuffed the cinnamon bun promply and got out of there? Hmmm.
