Yesterday I saw a child get hit by a double-decker bus. I watched him lay on the road under the bus as his friends screamed and cried around him. I looked at the cracked windshield and I couldn't help but look away. During moments like this I find myself thinking about the absurdity of life: how is can move backwards and forwards and nonone knows how or why. I don't know if he lived or died but I do know that I will not forget how I felt when I saw that.

Sarah that's awful. I don't think that it was wrong to look away. I don't really know what to say because I can't imagine, but I hope you are dealing with that oh k. I know seeing stuff like that can really mess you up, even if it is someone you don't even know.
