The last few days have been relaxing.

On Friday night, I worked until 11. After my shift, Nicole and I ate good Greek pasta, had a good talk and smoked cigerettes, then picked up Erin. On the way home we took a de-tour and went to Montes. Nicole didn't have her ID so we got kicked out.

I've been having some really great talks with people lately. Some over msn, some of them in person. Work was fantastic last night. It was only Anna and I closing and for some reason, the store was completely deserted. I started wondering if there was a terrorist attack or something because we had maybe two customers after 9 o'clock. That was fine with me. I sat in the cafe and drank eggnog lattes and read about the Olsen twins in Star magazine for two hours. Plus, Anna and I split the last few hours in tips and we ended up each getting an extra 8 dollars. Drinking fat-nog, reading trash and sitting on my ass and getting $24 for those hours? sounds good to me.

I still have another ten page paper to finish. It's for my 'back burner' class (Contemporary Literature). I haven't even decided on a thesis yet, not have I finished the novel. The book (Notable American Women), is about the "silentist movement" in women. It's interesting, but totally difficult to wrap my mind around.

I need to go to the library now.
